Is your organisation a charity registered with the ACNC?

Set your charity up for a good year by meeting your reporting requirements to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). You can do this by submitting a 2014 Annual Information Statement, which is an online form. If you use a standard reporting period of 1 July to 30 June, you have until 31 January 2015 to submit.

 

What kind of information do I need to provide?

The 2014 Annual Information Statement asks charities about their activities and who they help in the community. You will also need to provide some financial information about your charity. To submit your 2014 Annual Information Statement, login to the Charity Portal at charity. acnc.gov.au. While there, you can also update any other charity details that may have changed.

 

How will my charity’s information be used?

When the ACNC receives your charity’s 2014 Annual Information Statement, it will be published on the ACNC Charity Register at acnc.gov.au/findacharity. This means members of the public and donors can find accurate and credible information about the important work your charity is doing.
