Smooth 95.3 FM is a favourite among those who enjoy listening to the music of the 80’s and 90’s.
Being a radio broadcaster myself, I have developed a sharp listening sense making me so much aware of the songs on the airwaves on the road, at work or at play. Though, I have almost memorised the music on this radio station’s playlist, their music selections, more often than not, make me sing along or reminisce the good old days. Just like good throwback photos, I have my own playlist of throwback music that takes me to that “easy place to relax!” And I am sure, like myself, you’ll enjoy throwback music in your ears, too, with a good pair of Sennheiser headsets, or on the background with the small but bass-terrible Bose bluetooth speaker! And why not?
A rendezvous with your precious past is a priceless privilege we are blessed with!
A good way to enjoy throwback music is by listening to the excellent and lovely musical renditions of one of Australia’s best and most loved vocal group called The Idea of North.
With not just rows of awards and numerous music CDs released since late 1997, this acapella musicians has a roster of national and international performances. Once they were in Manila for the Australia Day celebration hosted by the Australian Embassy in the Philippines.
