ARCHBISHOP ADOLFO YLLANA TO CELEBRATE MASS 26TH JULY AT ST MICHAEL’S CHURCH, ORWELL ST BLACKTOWN
Upon the invitation of the Australian Devotees of Our Lady of Penafrancia under the guidance of the Filipino Chaplaincy of the Diocese of Parramatta, Archbishop Adolfo Yllana, the first Filipino Apostolic Nuncio to Australia will celebrate a Pontifical High Mass on Sunday 26th July at 11:30 am at St Michael’s Church Orwell St, Blacktown. Archbishop Yllana is a Bicolano and a devotee of Our Lady of Penafrancia.
The mass is being handled by the Filipino Chaplaincy, Diocese of Parramatta with Fr. Ruben Elago as the Coordinator. Co-celebrating with the Apostolic Nuncio will be the Filipino priests in the Diocese of Parramatta and surrounding dioceses.
After the mass, there will also be a chance to meet and greet the Apostolic Nuncio followed by the usual fellowship with lunch provided by different sponsoring religious and community groups.
