PHILIPPINE ART FEATURED IN SCULPTURE BY THE SEA Featured

Philippine artist Alwin Reamillo joins an international
array of craftpersons exhibiting their contemporary sculpture along the beaches
of Bondi and Tamarama. Rain or shine, Reamillo's Bayanihan hopping house
remained a tesimony to the Filipino spirit of communal unity and cooperation
brought to Australia. The public is enjoined to see the piece on display until
the first week of November 2015.

Sculpture by the Sea has returned to Bondi for the 19th
annual exhibition. 105 local, interstate and international artists have
transformed the stunning Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk into a temporary
sculpture park. We are delighted to deliver an unmissable exhibition this year
and look forward to exhibiting sculptures from 18 countries including Brazil,
Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Italy, Japan, New
Zealand, Pacific Islands, Philippines, Poland , Slovakia, South Korea, Sweden,
Thailand, and the USA. The exhibition will run from 22 October – 8 November
2015
